My experience with this App is that its completely useless. I tried numerous times to use the App, was told I was now connected but nothing happened...
Opens and crashes at the same instant. Im on iPhone 5 with iOS 6

Three different Apple devices will not work with this app and no source for correcting situation. My opinion of Virgin Australia just plummeted.

App is advertised to work on all iDevices, however on iphone wont play movies. Very disappointing.
Seems cool if it worked. It crashed on an iPad 3 with iOS 7.1. Only played the ad on an iPad air with 8.1. Worked fine on an iPhone with iOS 9.1. It seems that testing on this was rushed and limited. Good luck getting it to work if you are running an older iOS version.
Twice across the pacific and couldn’t get it working with an iPad Pro. Despite scrolling and searching the only page shown on the app was the ‘welcome’ home page. Couldn’t load any other pages or find any entertainment at all! What made it worse was that both times crossing the pacific on VA1 the fancy virgin headphones in economy X wouldn’t work so I was forced to use the app, which DID’NT WORK!!! Long boring flight with B grade food. Qantas must be laughing at VA.
It’s 2019 and you think you only give users the option of using their velocity number as a login name? Seriously people, the default is email, now we all need to go find our silly number to login into our poorly designed app. Because we are captured clients you demand all sorts of information to simply use the app to watch something-do you really need my address, a password AND a four digit pin? Try doing some user testing and observe the users, you can do much better guys!
no way of downloading it to windows. tried to go through itunes but only an app for iphone exits and google play claims my laptop (windows 10) is not linked to my google account, which is false. It is. so both options for download don't work. Don't waste time and battery power unless you are enslaved to Apple as so many are.
